As an only child, her need for creativity came early in life and at the age of 3 she spent hours each day alone singing and painting. At the age of 5, she started a flute and percussion course, followed by some piano and guitar lessons in the years to come.
The song came into her life at the age of 15 when she joined her first hard rock band. The following years were full of concerts in Greece with many different bands from the jazz, rock, eleven and metal scene.
In 2003, Maxi recorded her first album of the atmospheric Death medals On Thorns I lay. The same year it joined the gothic medalists In Comma, and a few years later the band signed with Massacre Records Germany, and under the name Elysion wrote and recorded their debut album "Silent Scream".
In 2008, Maxi was found on stage for the first time with Portuguese medallists Moonspell as their singer and to date has been their live guest singer around the world.
She has been worked several times with guitar hero Gus G (Ozzy Osborne, Firewind).
In 2009, after withdrawing from the Elysion, Maxi joined the Austrian Symphonic metalers Visions Of Atlantis. Together they released 3 albums, traveled from Asia, Africa and Europe and played at the largest European music festivals, such as Metalfest, Nova Rock, Metal female Voices, Metalcamp, Wacken Open Air, along with other artists such as Sinead O'Connor, Ozzy, Motorhead, Nightwish, Evanesanesanesu cence, Linking Park, The Offspring, Metallica and many others.
In 2013, after leaving VoA, she formed her own band Jaded Star and released their debut album of "Memories From The Future" in 2015 through Sensory Records USA. The album received excellent reviews around the world and put the band on a tour of Europe with Moonspell, Dagoba, Xandria, Serenity, Anneke Van Giersbergen playing at festivals like Dames of Darkness UK, Metal female Voices BE, Winter Masters of Rock CZ, Paradise DE, etc.
In 2014, Maxi decides to take a new course in her career and becomes a full time vocal coach and vocal producer that is something she loves so far, along with shows, recording and touring.
"It makes me feel useful and happy," she says.
Maxi has a bachelor's degree in contemporary singing from the Attica Conservatory, a diploma at the Complete Vocal Institute (CVT Copenhagen), and attended a 6-month seminar for voice teachers at the Universal Voice Guide NL.
